    @1 & 2 I put your post in the “original research” category because — given the collection of history nominations this year — it made sense to me to put new research in a separate category.

    I’ve always been interested in JS’s “caracters” (here‘s my own post on the subject) — and your find is quite interesting and unexpected!

    Is anyone else having trouble seeing the polls?

    For me, on one computer they’re all there, but on another one, only certain polls are visible. The common thread seems to be that I can see the polls where I’ve edited some of the entries (due to errors, like Jeff Laver’s book title not appearing, or to add the Mormon Expositor links).

    If other people are only seeing this subset of the polls, please tell me, and I’ll re-save all of the other polls.
